Ayres Adventures - Etosha National Park Safari

| The Etosha "Add-on" provides an opportunity for riders who have booked the Namibian Splendors Adventure to arrive in Windhoek a week early and join the end of the Call of the Wild Adventure for a 3-day safari (on four wheels, of course) into Etosha National Park, renowned as one of the world’s greatest wildlife-viewing areas. |

 Arrival Day: Windhoek, Namibia. We’ll meet you at the Hosea Kutako International Airport in Namibia and escort you to your hotel in Windhoek, the nation’s capital, where you’ll meet your tour leaders and fellow riders. We’ll enjoy the first of many fine meals in a very special authentic African restaurant.
If you want to arrive early, you can explore the city and see the many colonial buildings reflecting the earlier German presence. Windhoek is a very nice city for just walking around and in which to do some shopping.
Days 2, 3, 4: “On Safari” – Etosha National Park. The area is home to more than 100 species of mammal and more than 340 species of birds as well as numerous reptiles and amphibians. With three nights to spend in Etosha, Ayres Adventure is in a class by itself. Be sure to bring plenty of videotape and film, or memory chips for the digital camera, because we can promise you countless, extraordinary photo opportunities. What a wonderful way to begin what will be an unforgettable Adventure! |

| Day 5: Etosha National Park to Windhoek. After a final early morning game drive, you’ll return to Windhoek where we have a celebration dinner for the departing Call of the Wild Adventurers. Tomorrow we'll welcome other participants to Windhoek for the Diamond's, Deserts and Dunes Adventure. There will be a get-acquainted dinner meeting in the evening. Riding will commence the following morning. |
