Ayres Adventures is affiliated with Hartmann Travel, a full-service travel management company in Dallas. They assist our customers with the airline portion of their Ayres Adventure.

If you wish to use their services (at no cost to you) we will transmit your booking details to a Hartmann International Travel Specialist who has been designated to work with our customers.  Soon after the booking has been made, the Travel Specialist will call you to offer to assist with airline travel arrangements.

Although there isn’t any obligation to use this service, there are several reasons why you might want to do so:

• There is no charge for the service.  Airlines no longer pay travel agency commissions for selling tickets, so agents now charge for performing this service. When you use Hartmann Travel, the fees are on us.
  
  
• Hartmann Travel is committed to obtaining the lowest fare available.  Our payment to them is not based on airline ticket costs, so there is no incentive to book a more expensive flight. 
  
  
• To obtain the least expensive tickets, it’s advisable to book well in advance of your trip.  But sometimes a more attractive fares or special deals become available after you’ve purchased your ticket.  In most cases, Hartmann will be notified of such fare changes and will exchange your ticket for a less expensive one, and return the savings to you.  This isn’t possible with tickets purchased over the internet or purchased directly from an airline.
  
  
• In the event of a scheduling change that affects your travel plans, Hartmann will be notified of the change and will notify you and will help you make any changes needed to your itinerary.
  
  
• Although the least expensive ticket will always be in economy class, Hartmann can often obtain Business Class or First Class tickets for a fraction of the regular retail cost.
  
  
• Hartmann will be able to provide Ayres Adventures with reports of your flight arrival and departure information.
